It is possible, but a real pain in the ass. Manufactured homes have) actually built require much more tha house (for the transmission of each piece, but it almost seems easier to move as a unit, as they do with a standard house.
Not really. Modular houses are built in sections that are screwed together boxes, and are often linked together and foam. As you can imagine, is not even in view of the box easily, and probably not worth it. You can damage the house and spend quite enough to pay back together, that wouldnt EB himself. It is better to see a whole house approach, it would be a lot more for your money this way.
The houses can be (and are) so reliable "disasembled" are sandwich structures. Also in this case, you must use a large number of these new things reconstructed.
