we have to pay extra to 300pesos drug every time we renew our driver's license test. about 99% suffer abide by these funds to 1% positive for drugs.

Oh, that!? For the families of the generals and friends. To the companies that their son and daughters of doctors and friends may not think much of their business practices. The idea came from one of the generals that run the LTO again, I forgot his name.
